About Black Sheep

Black Sheep started as a passion project from the Founder, Mars Draakah. Originally, she was aware there are many places in Eorzea that catering to different types of nightlife. Clubs, Cafe's, Bars and even Bath Houses. However she noticed that there wasn't many places where you could go and sit down, have a drink and get things off your chest from a busy and stressful day.As the place grew, so did her "family". You have Tey Berserk, the Co-Owner of the Sheep who originally started working for Mars as a fellow bartender after he grew fond of the place. Then you have the two house bards Fate Scarlet and Kittynub Ragstara, who originally came as guests but after playing music, soothed the patrons and the owners hearts with their songs.Now, situated in a much cosier and smaller Apartment in Mist, they are ready to serve anyone who comes in. As the motto goes; Come for a Drink, Stay for a Chat!This bar is a SFW RP venue and also used as a space to talk about anything you would like to get off your chest, either in private or with others to help.

Rules

This is a Safe Space area for anyone and everyone. Discrimination, Toxicity and Anti-LGBTQIA+ attitudes will not be tolerated.
Please make sure weapons and minions are put away. (unless they can behave themselves!)
Please don't use /shout or /yell in chat. These are used by the owner to make any announcements.
The Staff members will be using the Yellow icon (Materia Meld). if you have any concerns or feel uncomfortable from anyone, please message one of the staff.
As stated earlier, this is a SFW RP venue, please keep it clean in the venue.

Staff Specialties

Name	Description
Old Man Fashioned	The Founder's choice of drink. Hanamachi 12 Single Malt served in a Tumbler with ice, home-blended bitters with a helping of syrup. Garnished with a Cherry Taffy in the shape of a Dragon's scale.. and a tale behind said drink if you ask.
Wake Up Call	Tey's personnal concoction! Sparkling water taken from the far cliff's of Coerthas with a generous amount of Conserved Lemons with a chilli garnished rim on the glass.
Wanderer's Song	Kittynub's mastercrafted Blend. A vibrant and refreshing cocktail that embodies the essence of Kittynub Ragstara’s journey. With bright, tropical notes and a touch of exotic spice, this drink is perfect for those who appreciate a mix of adventure and comfort. The subtle blend of sweet and tangy flavours, complemented by a touch of warmth, represents Kittynub's musical charm and her boundless spirit.

Beers and Ales

IPA	The classic IPA (Ishguardian Pale Ale).
The Ruby Road	Ruby Red ale brewed in the great city of Ul'Dah. Rich, fruity and malty to taste, a fan favorite of any traveller
LLL	A session lager, the LLL (Limsa Limonsa Lager) is brewed using over 15 types of hops. Crisp, refreshing and slight taste of apricots.

Whiskey and Bourbons

Name	Description
Ifrit's Fireball Whiskey	Distilled in the regions of Thanalan, this whiskey packs a spicy punch with major overtones of cinnamon. Best served on the rocks.
Wild Rose Bourbon	Aged in rosewood barrels, is a fruity bourbon with aromas of honey, raspberries and vanilla. A warm and deep drink with slight hints of berries.
Hanamachi 12 Whiskey	Distilled in the Eastern City of Kugane, this single malt whiskey is wonderfully elegant and smooth that’s certainly not lacking in flavour.
Hak Khaal	Created within the far away lands of Azim Steppe, this single malt is distilled using the waters of Hak Khaal. Refreshing and light with tones of plum and chickweed.
Byregot's Mark	The best of the best. Byregot's mark is a double malt Whiskey brewed by the genius' of Thav'nair. Bold and smooth with a malty and fruity character.

Spirits

Name	Description
Greatloam Gin	Using the Bounty of Gridania, this gin has fresh notes of cucumber with juniper, oak, a touch more citrus and vanilla, followed by a long, refreshing, floral finish.
Grey Yeti	Produced in the Distilleries in the Dravanian Highlands, This premium Vodka has a sweet perfumed palate with hints of star anise and rye, with a creamy finish.
Bloefhiswyn Royal Navy Rum	Dedicated to the foundation of Limsa Lominsa, this rum features rich caramel, aged oak, sweet dark brown sugar, Oozy toffee, ripe banana flavours
Atarashī Yoake	"A New Dawn" as translated from Doman speech, this Sake was made form the newly liberated Doman Enclave with the bountiful Rice fields. Fermented and brewed by the people of Doma.

Wine List

Melthor Red	From the fine vineyards of Wineport, the long fermentation in neutral oak barrels preserve the integrity of the grape, producing very authentic and expressive wine.
Foundations Astrolabeonce	considered for the nobles of Ishguard, this affordable wine is a best seller within the region. Intense citrus and guava flavours and a streak of minerality create an exotic style.
Honey Yard Mead	Made in the woodlands of the Gridania. A celebration of the years harvest in a bottle. Over 50% honey by volume produced by the bees of the Honey Yard, our traditional mead is sweet, rich and moreish, this is a bottle of liquid gold
Daqati Blood Wine	This wine is specially made from the Nomadic tribes of the Azim Steppe, where they use the blood of hunted animals as a base for this delicacy. Strong, full bodied and with a metallic taste, this is perfect for wine lovers who like a challange!
El Diablo Cabernet Sauvignon	From the most unlikely of places, Hells Lid in the Ruby Sea, this cabernet is big, bold, smooth mouthful, with great varietal character and intense black fruit flavours, and a long finish

Hot, Cold and Alcohol Free

LLL Lite	Same LLL flavour, with less alcohol content
Fools Gold	An alcohol free alternative to the traditional IPA, It’s crisp, brisk and bright, with the sharp green flavours beautifully balanced by slightly sweet floral notes
Lemonade	A sweet drink made with fresh Lemonettes imported from La Noscea's Cerderwood Orchard. Served with ice and a slice of lemon.
Tea	Made from a special blend with the aid of Thane Sunstrider from The Perfect Serve. Served with a side of cream or milk.
Coffee	Freshly ground Kukuru Coffee beans grown locally from the owner's garden. This brew is rich, aromatic with a deep bodied flavour. Served with Milk or Cream.
Hot 'Shou'colate	Due to popular demand by a certain patron...we now have Hot Chocolate in our bar! Rich and creamy, served with whipped cream.
